Naturals
Silk press, trim, and blowout services for natural Afro and textured hair. A silk press uses heat to temporarily straighten natural hair without chemicals, leaving it smooth and straight while retaining the ability to revert to its natural curl pattern. Suitable for 4a–4c hair types. Includes a wash, condition, heat protectant, and finish.
Relaxers/Texturisers
Chemical relaxer and texturiser services for clients who want to permanently reduce curl or wave pattern. A relaxer straightens hair chemically; a texturiser softens curl without fully straightening. Both require careful application to avoid scalp damage and breakage. We include a pre-treatment conditioning step and aftercare guidance at every appointment.
Treatments
Targeted hair treatments for damage, dryness, breakage, and scalp health. This includes protein treatments to rebuild structure in weakened or over-processed hair, moisture treatments for dry and brittle hair, and bonding treatments to reduce breakage and improve elasticity. Treatments are recommended as a standalone appointment or added to any other service.
Wash & Finish
A thorough wash, deep condition, and styled finish for clients who want clean, refreshed hair without a cut. Suitable for all hair types and textures. Finish options include roller set, blowout, or wrap depending on your hair type and the look you want. A good starting appointment if you're visiting Maison Style for the first time.
Wash, Cut & Finish
A wash, trim or reshape, and styled finish in one appointment. Suitable for maintaining an existing style or making a small change to length or shape. The cut is tailored to your hair type and face shape. All appointments include a consultation before any cutting begins.
Weaves
Sew-in weaves, tape extensions, quick weaves, and wig installs using natural and synthetic hair. Weaves and extensions add length, volume, or protective coverage while your natural hair grows underneath. We assess your hair and scalp before any install to ensure it's in good enough condition to support extensions safely.
Colour & Bleach
Semi-permanent colour, permanent colour, highlights, balayage, bleach, and toning services for Afro and textured hair. Colouring textured hair requires understanding how the hair structure responds to chemicals, and our colourists are experienced in achieving accurate results on 3a–4c hair types without unnecessary damage. A strand test is carried out before full application.
Keratin Smoothing Systems
Keratin treatments and texture-release smoothing systems that reduce frizz and make natural hair easier to manage. Unlike a relaxer, a keratin treatment does not permanently alter curl pattern. It coats the hair shaft to reduce frizz and increase smoothness for 8–16 weeks depending on the system used. Results vary based on hair porosity and texture.
